Expanding Teksquisite Services!

piechartThe advertising aspects of a small consulting business can be daunting at first.  Deciding where to advertise, how to formulate the layout of the ad, and how to deal with myriad disappointments, is all part of the shoestring budget dilemma.

The biggest slice of the consulting pie is figuring out how far to run services locally.  Recently I was invited to stay in Greenfield, Massachusetts for a day or two each week in order to promote my consulting services in that area.  My Greenfield friend feels that population density will actually become an asset to Teksquisite.  I’m not so sure that my friend is correct but I will give it a shot anyway.

I’ve also had some great advice from Twitter, and a few other online forums.  I recently presented one of my ideas at  www.ideablob.com but unfortunately it did not catch an audience.  So here I sit with the purchased domain of digobit.com – and an idea dwarfed that will soon be forgotten…

I’m still not giving up on digital forensics in consideration of future income potential.  I have never been afraid to test the waters or to suffer financial loss.  Mr. IRS has always been my best friend by default.

Last night I purchased a .tel domain.  I’m still trying to figure out exactly how to use this type of domain. I am quite sure that this was indeed a paramount narcissistic purchase!

Overall, I have had a very productive week promoting Teksquisite.  I’ve made a few mistakes – but that was a good excuse to have a few glasses of red wine and commiserate  over obscure errors.

Until next time – safe surfing to all!
