I originally copied the worm from http://www.the-rock-of-gibraltar.com/images/fp_448/facebook/koobface_worm.jpg - I never received a response as to yay or nay for use and the disclaimer at their site states: www.the-rock-of-gibraltar.com and all other names, logos, and icons identifying www.the-rock-of-gibraltar.com&#039;s services and/or products are proprietary marks of www.the-rock-of-gibraltar.com, Inc. Other product and company names mentioned in this site may be the trademarks of their respective owners.

Obviously the worm is not part of their logo - so I did not violate any terms of service over yonder.
